Robert is a practising English solicitor with over 20 years’ experience. He also has practised both in the Isle of Man and more recently in Bermuda as a Barrister and Attorney.
Robert advises on a broad range of international wealth planning, UK tax and fiduciary issues arising on the establishment, administration, reorganisation and termination of offshore structures (whether involving trusts, companies, foundations or other vehicles).
His client base includes High Net Worth Individuals, Settlors, Beneficiaries, Trustees (both Offshore and Onshore), Protectors, Family Offices and other Service Providers. He also advises on domicile issues and UK pre-entry residency planning and providing remittance basis advice for High Net Worth non-domiciliaries.
