Rooks Rider Solicitors LLP is pleased to announce the appointment of Walter Cha as Chief Executive of the firm, effective 13 April 2020.
With a wealth of leadership experience, Walter, a Solicitor, offers more than 20 years’ experience of managing and leading law firms, including as Managing Partner of a UK top 50 law firm for over a decade.
Walter specialises in working with law firms to align their resources to realise their potential. His exceptional ability to identify and focus on the key issues of any project, coupled with his clear and logical thinking, engenders good planning which he backs up with the drive needed to monitor and deliver projects in line with client expectations.
It is this approach which Walter brings to Rooks Rider Solicitors, along with dedication, hard work and a passion that he has delivered to the industry throughout his career.
